Tenant Placement, Due Diligence & Move-In Coordination

We market the property, conduct viewings, and select suitable tenants.

We manage the full end-to-end process: marketing, viewings, due diligence, lease execution, deposits, and move-in. At signing, tenants receive the Tenant Guide/House Rules on reporting, protocols, care rules, and service fees.

Scheduled Inspections & Ongoing Condition Verification

We implement a structured inspection cycle to preserve the property’s condition and address issues early.

After each new tenancy, we schedule a 6-month inspection after move-in and yearly inspections near the anniversary.

This confirms proper maintenance and keeps the property in the same condition as received (or better).
